LogIT World Support solution: Licenses are your legal document to allow use of software and thus needs to be kept safe. If you have lost your license please contact us. We will need proof of purchase and the dataloggers that you are using, we will then be able to give you your activation code. If you create an account on our website then you can store your license and activation code on there. If purchased before 2010 then you would have used ‘LogIT Lab 4’ and really should upgrade to the latest software as ‘LogIT Lab 4’ won’t install on all copies of Windows 10. (32 bit subsystem needs to be on the PC/Laptop). An upgrade to SensorLab is offered at a discount HERE
