Returns & Exchanges
If you make a mistake with ordering we can accept a return as long as the product is unused, in original packaging and with proof of purchase. Simply contact us with the details and we will sort it out for you. You will be responsible for the postage costs to send back to us.
If you receive a product that is faulty we will of course exchange it at our cost. The replacement product will be despatched to you and we will include a pre-paid Royal Mail address label for return to us. All we require you to do is box up the faulty product when you receive the new one, seal it, attached the return address and pop to the post office or hand to your local royal mail delivery/collection staff when they come in to your school.
